In short

digg.com serves a 3.4 KB llms.txt with 6 H2 sections and 17 links, graded A on the llmstxt.org structure (6 of 6 checks). It passes every check. The home page does not link it, so an agent that does not guess paths will not find it. No llms-full.txt was found. Read 4 November 2026.

# Digg

> Digg helps you keep up with news across tech, AI, gaming, entertainment, world and business, science, and sports. Each post includes a short summary, links to its sources, and what people are saying about it.

Each post collects the X posts and articles about one event (its Sources), with a headline, a short summary, and a link to every Source. A post’s Digg Score is the points its Sources add plus one for each Digg from a signed-in reader; the Top view of a Topic ranks posts by it.

## Topics

- [Home](https://digg.com/): one Feed across every public Topic
- [AI](https://digg.com/ai): AI posts, ranked by Digg Score

- [Sports](https://digg.com/sports): Sports posts, ranked by Digg Score

## Pages

- Post: /{topic}/{id}, where `{topic}` is the Topic slug and `{id}` is the post's short ID. For example: https://digg.com/ai/{id}. Use the post URL returned by the Feed or MCP tools.

## When to use Digg

- What people in tech, AI and the other Topics above are paying attention to right now: read a Topic Feed, or https://digg.com/ai-clusters-ranked.json for AI.
- Whether a post has real traction: a post counts distinct accounts and outlets, not repeated X posts from one account.
- Who is influential in tech and AI on X: https://digg.com/rankings ranks accounts by how many top-ranked people follow them, not by follower count.
- Find the earliest listed Source: compare the publication times of the Sources on a post. These are the Sources Digg has collected, not a complete record of everyone who covered the event.

Digg is not a general web search, does not republish full articles (it summarizes and links), and is not an X API.

## Citing Digg

- Link the post page. It shows when the post was published and last updated, and links every Source.
- Posts update as new Sources arrive; give the time you read it.

## Grade against the llmstxt.org structure

The file passes all six checks. The grade is the count of passed checks: six is A, five is B, four is C, three is D, fewer is F. It measures structure only. Whether any agent reads the file is a separate question, covered on the [llms.txt reference](https://agentreadyhtml.com/llms-txt/).

| Check | Result | Detail |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Starts with an H1 naming the site or project | Pass | H1: Digg |
| Has a blockquote summary under the H1 | Pass | Blockquote summary found. |
| Has at least one H2 section that lists links | Pass | 6 H2 sections, 3 with links. |
| At least 80 percent of links point at the same site | Pass | 17 of 17 links stay on digg.com (100 percent). |
| Under 100 KB | Pass | 3493 bytes as served. |
| Plain markdown, no HTML | Pass | No HTML document markers in the body. |

## Ora's cached score

Ora's cached report for digg.com gives it **46 of 100, grade D**, scanned on 23 August 2026. Its Access layer, which holds the read-layer checks below, scored 32 of 56 check points. Read from GET ora.ai/api/score/digg.com on 5 November 2026. The score is Ora's, not this site's, and the structure grade above is a different measure: it grades the llms.txt file against the llmstxt.org proposal, while Ora's score covers the whole site. [Ora's report for digg.com](https://ora.ai/score/digg.com?utm_source=agentreadyhtml.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=index-entry) has every layer.

## Linking and the companion file

The home page of digg.com does not link the file in its HTML. Ora's lab found (2026-10-19) that 86 percent of llms.txt fetches by agents arrived through a link, so an unlinked file is mostly a file nobody opens. No llms-full.txt was found at the same root.

## How it compares

At 3.4 KB the file is larger than 21 percent of the 2,529 plain-text llms.txt files in this edition, and its 17 links put it ahead of 29 percent of them on link count. The home page declares no generator. Size bucket: 2 to 10 KB. Tranco rank 2,570. Category: Top 10,000, no category.
