# Digg

> Digg helps you keep up with news across tech, AI, gaming, entertainment, world and business, science, and sports. Each post includes a short summary, links to its sources, and what people are saying about it.

Each post collects the X posts and articles about one event (its Sources), with a headline, a short summary, and a link to every Source. A post’s Digg Score is the points its Sources add plus one for each Digg from a signed-in reader; the Top view of a Topic ranks posts by it.

## When to use Digg

- What people in tech, AI and the other Topics above are paying attention to right now: read a Topic Feed, or https://digg.com/ai-clusters-ranked.json for AI.
- Whether a post has real traction: a post counts distinct accounts and outlets, not repeated X posts from one account.
- Who is influential in tech and AI on X: https://digg.com/rankings ranks accounts by how many top-ranked people follow them, not by follower count.
- Find the earliest listed Source: compare the publication times of the Sources on a post. These are the Sources Digg has collected, not a complete record of everyone who covered the event.

Digg is not a general web search, does not republish full articles (it summarizes and links), and is not an X API.

## Citing Digg

- Link the post page. It shows when the post was published and last updated, and links every Source.
- Posts update as new Sources arrive; give the time you read it.

Linking and the companion file

The home page of digg.com does not link the file in its HTML. Ora's lab found (2026-10-19) that 86 percent of llms.txt fetches by agents arrived through a link, so an unlinked file is mostly a file nobody opens. No llms-full.txt was found at the same root.

How it compares

At 3.4 KB the file is larger than 21 percent of the 2,529 plain-text llms.txt files in this edition, and its 17 links put it ahead of 29 percent of them on link count. The home page declares no generator. Size bucket: 2 to 10 KB. Tranco rank 2,570. Category: Top 10,000, no category.

Live file: https://digg.com/llms.txt. Read 4 November 2026. If the file has since changed or gone, the live URL is the authority; this page records what the crawl read on that date.
