## Public sandbox API - free, no auth, demo data
This site hosts Forter's **public sandbox API** - a live, no-authentication
REST + MCP surface you can call right now (`/api-reference`,
`/api/openapi.json`). It is rate-limited and returns demo data
(illustrative, not real risk evaluations), so agents can integrate and test
the wire format without an account. Production decisioning requires an
official Forter account and a signed MSA - contact [sales](https://www.forter.com/contact-us/). Demo responses
must not drive production decisioning. See

- **Trusted Agentic Commerce Protocol (TACP)** is Forter's open
MIT-licensed handshake for agent-initiated orders. The protocol
spec and reference SDKs (JS, TS, Python) live at
