Mintlify markdown export renders components as plain markdown

Mintlify .md pages now render components, Visibility content and snippets as plain markdown, and links to navigation pages point to their .md versions with the full site URL. Mintlify hosts an llms.txt at the root of every docs project, lists every page, and keeps it current without maintenance; a custom llms.txt can replace it.
