Agent Ready HTML

Shopify themes against WordPress and Elementor on what an agent reads

In short

By default Shopify serves /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt as alternate URLs that mirror /agents.md. Shopify themes: The lookup order for /llms.txt is llms.txt.liquid, then agents.md.liquid, then the Shopify-generated default. Shopify themes leads on llms.txt generation, 2 to 0; WordPress and Elementor: core and Elementor wrote no llms.txt (404).

The sourced difference

Shopify generates agent discovery files for every store by default; WordPress stores need a plugin, and Yoast SEO for Shopify adds a second llms.txt toggle on Shopify itself. Source, read 4 November 2026.
