In short
18 docs platforms are profiled, from hosted services such as Mintlify and GitBook to API-docs tools such as Redocly and Scalar. Their own pages mark 10 as supports for llms.txt, 6 for markdown on an Accept header and 5 for initial HTML. Prices and plans are dated 5 November 2026.

A docs platform here is a hosted docs service that the customer does not build or run. 15 of the 18 list a plan at no charge, and 8 sell at least one plan by quote only. On their own sites the plain fetch got markdown for Accept: text/markdown from 9, an llms.txt from 14 and a 404 for a made-up path from 14 of the 17 it could request.
